Corporate Brand Consistency System (CBCS)

    This system is for the end-user only to ensure their product is always produced efficiently with little time spent. It is a 3-form system that encompasses the whole transaction and encourages a digital solution. This meshes with the Manufacturers Quality Control Program (MQCP). All data on a unique manufacturer is qualified, stored and then called up for a hassle free transaction. This system will ensure that only qualified manufacturers (not middlemen) are being used and all data is with the order saving time and mistakes. The end-user does not need to have prior knowledge about ordering product or dealing with the manufacturer.

For an end-user to get involved they would have a Need 
Analysis done. This provides our company with data to integrate into our clients buying habits. Every company has different needs and our solution reflects this to retain the unique qualities of every organization.

The three form system covers the areas of Product, Art, and Imaging in that order. Without a product there is no order. Without art there is not print. The imagers get filtered information based on there capabilities for a perfect order only then they can  print a perfect logo.

Product Order Form (Distributor)

Most of the time now days the company printing the product does not produce or supply it. That means dealing with a distributor or the actual manufacturer for the product. This form covers all product specifications including how the product reacts to printing or other imaging systems.

Graphic Art Order Form (Graphic Artist)

This form is for all issues that can arise between the manufacturer and the people who are doing the design work. This covers everything from separations to file formats. When the printing company gets the file it will be exactly as they want. The file will have the colours, size, quality, and the order of the colours for printing with an easy colour separation. This form includes all types of imaging like embroidery, screen-printing, digital printing, pad printing etc….

Image Description (Image Company)

This is the last part of the process. The image company has all three forms sent to them and this will be considered a complete order. We can begin the process of imaging. The information included with this last piece includes everything to do with the printing process. Some of the concerns are; quantity, location, ink system, and what conditions the product will have to endure.

Manufacturers Quality Control Program (MQCP)

    This program was created for the protection of manufacturers to ensure consistently in the order process, the most important part of a transaction. This saves so much in terms of time, pre-press, materials and increases profit for the manufacturer. The manufacturer can increase revenues by having their clients adhere to a certain set of rules that are unique to their business. The incentive for the manufacturer to be apart of the program is that they do not have to adjust their selling price. They will receive proper data to complete the order by avoiding the regular promotional company that has it’s own way of doing business. Instead of receiving data in 500 different formats they will receive one actually saving time and expense. It’s a WIN/WIN.

For manufacturer’s to get involved Promotional Product Consulting conduct’s an on site appraisal of overall capabilities. We collect all data as to how every unique manufacturer requires to accept information. They will only receive orders for the current equipment that is on their shop floor and can do in-house. This so that all communication is direct with the manufacturer. There are well over 1000 different questions across all the different print processes and direct communication is necessary.

This is a three-form system that explains everything a manufacturer needs for an end-user to place an order. They cover the three main areas of the transaction, Art, Product and Imaging. The information goes beyond the normal specs and includes printing capabilities on certain media, equipment used, all services that are available in house, and production capacity.

Supplier Artwork Specification Form 

The art files used today makes for complication as there are many formats that people now use. This is due to the average person having no knowledge of printing and having the capability to produce art for the printing process. There are many things to consider when creating these files that are not taken into consideration. This form will cover every possible angle on the popular formats being used today. Also this will cover the steps that have to be taken to correct the file so it can be imaged properly.

Supplier Imaging Specification Form 

More times then not the printer is not the distributor or manufacturer of the product that is being imaged. The printer has very specific requirements so that a quality product can be produced. This form covers the equipment and capabilities of the imaging firm. Manufacturers that have a troublesome history will not be qualified. This is to protect the integrity of the group and not devalue the print quality. Of course the end-user benefits with a quality controlled product.

Supplier Product Specification Form 

The company that has the actual product in hand and is first in the supply chain is our goal with this form. This qualifies what position the supplier is in the supply chain and also covers what steps can be taken to better the situation. Also has in depth report on products that are carried and any specials on certain product with JIT delivery. With the textile agreement expiring in January 2005 things have changed dramatically
